Sorry to hear that you experienced such a lag. We've seen that from time to time in our testing but certainly not consistently. As you might expect there are many factors that go into how much of a delay exists between the live video stream and the commands controlling the KIIROO device.

Was the delay so much that you couldn't enjoy it?

I would say yes to that. The whole idea is it should be realistisk. IF it take like 3 secondhand to react it gets no use.
